Greetings Us Club members 

 

At the beginning of the year, the Executive Board made the decision to contribute $400 towards all 2023 rallies from Club funds in an effort to reduce rally costs to members. We devised a plan that would enable this practice to continue, without depleting the Club treasury. The plan was for each member coach (lifetime and non lifetime) to donate $25 annually to a rally fund. Donating these funds would allow us to continue to defray the cost of our rallies, and keep the cost of each rally as low as possible. This donation would be completely voluntary. 

 

At last week's G&R Rally, the idea was brought up at the Saturday morning meeting. All 16 coaches in attendance, plus 2 additional members, agreed with the plan and donated their $25 at the rally, for a total of $450. There was very little discussion because everyone in attendance supported and appreciated the idea of keeping the cost of our rallies as low as possible.

 

Our plan is to donate $400 to each of our 2024 rallies. We would therefore ask all additional Club members who did not attend G&R, if they would donate $25 per coach to our 2024 Rally Fund. For those willing to do so, please make your check payable to The Us RV Club, and mail it to our treasurer, Ethel Sterling at 5735 N. Oakmont Drive, Beverly Hills, FL 34465.
