Dear NAARVA Eastern Region Family,

I hope all of you are doing well and energized for the year ahead. It is an honor to introduce myself as the newly elected NAARVA Eastern Region Director. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve our Region and to continue building on the strong foundation laid by those who came before me.

Many of you know me through my previous role as Assistant Eastern Region Director and President of the Virginia Camping Cardinals, as well as through our rallies, caravans, and regional activities. Working alongside you has shown me the strength, unity, and pride that define the Eastern Region.

Most importantly, I will focus on improving communications across all chapters. Clear consistent updates will help ensure that every club and member feels connected and informed. This includes timely reminders, shared resources, and open channels for feedback. Beginning in June, we will hold our first meeting with the new Executive Board including appointed officers. At this time, I will outline my plan for improvement by strengthen collaboration between chapters, encouraging joint events, and assign responsibilities.  All information will be distributed directly to you through your club Presidents. I assure you that the Executive Board will meet on a regular basis throughout the year and communicate effectively with our members.

I want to enhance membership engagement. This means creating more opportunities for participation, recognizing members achievements, and ensuring that every member feels valued and included.
